The attempt is to undertake the tasks and provide an extension for the standard ontology definition in the form of an annotation scheme to enable ontologies to cover all the major aspects of business process definition. The chapter focuses on the SBPM aspects of the solution utilized in the ProKEX1 project. We demonstrate a semi-automatic methodology to extract, organize and preserve knowledge embedded in business processes to enrich organizational knowledge base. In the semantic approach, the only thing we can handle operationally is the piece of knowledge which is necessary to complete the given process stage.
